Close to center, clean rooms, friendly staff
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the city center. The rooms were always clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room was equipped with air conditioning and heating, which made it very comfortable during the winter. the hotel was conveniently located near several attractions and public transportation options, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. Finally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, which made us feel welcome.
The neighborhood where the hotel was located was not very clean or safe. We didn't feel comfortable walking around, especially at night.

Centrally located, easy access to sights. Daily room cleaning, with balcony. Fridge and cooking facilities available. Helpful and friendly staff. Close to railway station, palace, and Duomo. Clean room and good price. Free breakfast offered. Comfortable with air conditioning.
Can't fault the property in any way.

The room was cleaned very well every day and the staff was friendly. it was located close to the main sights which made exploring the city very convenient.
The language barrier made communication difficult as the staff did not speak English very well. the area surrounding the hotel was not very clean or safe which made us feel uncomfortable.

Located in the heart of the city, it's easy to get to all the main sights. the area is quiet and peaceful, perfect for a good night's sleep. the hotel also offers comfortable rooms with great facilities, such as air conditioning and cooking facilities, which makes it easy to save money on meals.
